M\u00fcft\u00fco\u011flu, ‘U\u00e7akta vir\u00fcs kapmamak i\u00e7in 10 \u00f6neri’ ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 yaz\u0131s\u0131nda \u00f6nlemlerden ilk 10\u2019u \u015f\u00f6yle s\u0131ralad\u0131:<\/strong><\/p>\n 1- Koridorda de\u011fil pencere kenar\u0131nda oturmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131n.<\/p>\n 2- Tuvaletlere yak\u0131n koltuklardan uzak durun.<\/p>\n 3- Arkadaki de\u011fil \u00f6ndeki koltuklar\u0131 tercih edin.<\/p>\n 4- \u00d6ks\u00fcren, aks\u0131ran, hap\u015f\u0131ran biri varsa maske takmas\u0131n\u0131 isteyin.<\/p>\n 5- Oturdu\u011funuz koltu\u011fun kollar\u0131n\u0131 ve \u00f6n\u00fcndeki servis tablas\u0131n\u0131 dezenfektan bir \u0131slak k\u00e2\u011f\u0131t mendil ile dikkatlice temizleyin.<\/p>\n 6- Koltu\u011funuzun \u00fczerindeki \u00fcfleyici havaland\u0131rma butonunu \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r hale getirin.<\/p>\n 7- Hijyenik bir ‘maske’ takman\u0131n size de \u00f6nemli bir korunma sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilin.<\/p>\n 8- Seyahat s\u00fcresince elinizi a\u011fz\u0131n\u0131za, burnunuza temas ettirmemeye ve temiz tutmaya \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterin.<\/p>\n 9- Uzun yolculuklarda ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 azaltabilecek yanl\u0131\u015flardan (alkol, uykusuzluk) uzak durun.<\/p>\n 10- Seyahat \u00f6ncesinde ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131za g\u00fc\u00e7 verin: \u00c7i\u011fnenebilir probiyotik tabletler\/ pellorgonium, kara m\u00fcrver ve ekinezya \u00f6zleri, propolis spreyleri ve damlalar\u0131, N asetil sistein tabletleri, D vitamini damlalar\u0131.<\/p>\n
